A rulebook that runs itself.
XAU Setups is an automated scanner for gold (XAU/USD). It applies the same rules on every chart and records every outcome. This is how a plan moves from idea to result.
The plan is published
Entry, stop and target go out as a limit order. The plan is fixed from this moment.
Price fills the entry
The order is running. A second message confirms the change of state.
Stop moves to entry
At 1R the stop moves to the entry price. Costs and slippage can still apply.
The market closes it
Target, stop, breakeven or missed, recorded in pips on the public record.
Five rules every system follows.
1. Top-down
The higher timeframe sets the direction. Lower timeframes are used only to find an entry in that direction.
2. No confirmation, no plan
Reaching a level is not a reason to enter. A plan is built only after price confirms on a lower timeframe.
3. Fresh zones only
Zones that have already produced their reaction are not traded again, and each zone gets a limited number of attempts.
4. The stop protects the idea
The stop sits beyond the swing that would prove the idea wrong. If that stop would be too wide, the scanner waits.
5. At least twice the risk
Plans target at least 2R. At 1R the stop moves to entry.
Pauses around high-impact news
Pending orders pause one hour before high-impact US news and resume 45 minutes after. Every action is explained in a message.
No crowding
No more than three plans run at the same time.
What is not published
The exact timeframes and logic of each system. Every plan carries its system name so performance can be judged on the record.
Losing trades are normal. These rules exist to keep losses defined, not to remove them.
See it on the record.
Every plan the scanner publishes, with its outcome.
